QMP offers a full line of in house stamping. We have computers on six of our coil line presses to help protect your tooling from costly crashes and miss hits of the tool. These computers also offer our customers exceptional quality and competitive prices.
Our presses range from 2 to 200 tons with OBI, gas frame, and brake press machines. We are specialized at working with a wide selection of materials. We can meet very tight tolerances. QMP also delivers equal results to all size production runs, never compromising quality and cost. Drilling and/or Tapping
Bending
QMP has a variety of drill presses along with multi-head drill units that can be set to produce your parts for either drilling and/or tapping.
QMP has a large variety of bending equipment with hydraulic, air, pines, hand, and point of contact style benders.
We have experience with a large array of material in bar, tube, extrusion, and shape bending.
The UniPunch system is a fast way to punch and notch a wide variety of parts and materials. Whether you have an application for round or shaped holes, in aluminum, stainless steel, or any type of metal, send the QMP, Inc. team your drawing and we will help you select the hole punch tools best suited for your application.
Offering a wide range of Spot and MIG welding services, including contract, production, small part, and large assemblies, QMP, Inc. serves several major industry sectors. The welding department at QMP, Inc. utilizes the latest technology in welding equipment. We can also mig weld stainless steel.

QMP has a full line screw machine department with two multi-spindle and 10 Brown & sharp's up to 1 1/2" capacity on materail. We currently process all types of metal and plastics. Please give us a chance to quote your parts.
Screw Machines
QMP understands that when you first introduce a new product, the run quantities can be lower and thus not able to afford new tooling. We have a large variety of in house tooling and unipunches to minimize the tooling start up costs while allowing you to get your part produced. We can also have the part lasered first to shape and process it from there.
